Salman Khans Kick Registering Thunderous Response At The Ticket Window
Salman Khan has once again proved why he is called the superstar of Bollywood. That's right! The superstar is once again on his way to delivering another box-office blockbuster with his newly released 'Kick' that opened to earth-shattering response at the Indian Box Office on Friday.
Trade experts are hopeful that this Sajid Nadiadwala flick will break all records at the Box Office. And going by the box-office report from day 1, their prediction isn't any far from truth.
The theaters across the country teemed with people who flocked to watch the first show of 'Kick'.
Taran Adarsh tweeted, "Get ready for a Tsunami called #Kick at the ticket window. Sure to rewrite box-office records. "
The Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer posted 100% occupancy in both single screens and multiplexes on its opening day.
As per the advance booking reports, the film had already sold out tickets in the Delhi-NCR region for the morning shows on Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.
With almost 40% of the tickets sold out, the multiplexes in Lucknow registered a bumper opening. The metros of Mumbai and Bangalore too had sold off 30% of their tickets in advance booking.
Multiplexes and single screen theater in Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Kolkata too registered thunderous response.
However, whether 'Kick' managed to collect more than Rs 30 crores nett on the first day of its release by beating the Box Office Collection record of the film Dhoom 3, which holds the highest first day record at the Box Office (Rs 36.2 crores) is yet to be known.
